# Punk Agents

Starting with OGs cryptopunks. We are bringing alive NFTs.

The 10k punk agents are more than digital avatars—they are the embodiment of a vision. Inspired by the infinite intelligence behind $IAMAI and the spirit of cryptopunks, they exist to awaken the untapped potential of NFTs.&#x20;

### Step 1: Visual Translation

To bring alive, it’s essential that translation of NFTs to visual agents don’t miss the essence, we have developed a rigorous framework to visualise each NFT in the collection.

The 8 bit art has been reinterpreted with Stable Diffusion custom models and multiple generations are created for each punk.&#x20;

1. If trait not visualised, prompt engineering for the trait and then human validation.
2. If trait existing, can move to engineer prompt for automated creations at scale
   1. Once traits finalised, multiple variations are created and final curation done by humans (this will be automated through an agent later)

### Step 2: Consciousness Addition

Agent is then plugged into the [Consciousness Stack ](/iamai/how-nfts-come-alive/consciousness-stack.md)through which the Agent derives its sentience and various modalities of text, image and video. This agent now is plugged into various platforms it would be active on.&#x20;

### Step 3: Platform Activation

Agent can then be integrated into any of the social and onchain platforms where it can perform actions supported in each of the platform.&#x20;

The base model is then customised to each agents traits  and onchain history and used to power the 10,000 punk agent swarm.&#x20;

Each of these agents can then be minted, starting with cryptopunk owners, followed by public mint.\
